Our Menu
Each batch of Haddock’s Country Sausage is hand-mixed, small-batch, and packed the same way it’s been for generations.
Every bag holds 2.8 to 3.0 pounds of uncooked pork sausage—the real deal, seasoned and ready for your skillet or smoker.

Our Process
We grind fresh pork, mix by hand, and smoke low and slow over real hardwood. No fillers, no shortcuts—just honest work done the same way for 75 years.
